World Rugby is the world governing and law-making body for the sport of Rugby Union. 
WR是橄欖球的世界管理及立法組織。
It is responsible for the growth, regulation and governance of a sport that is experiencing record participation and fan-engagement growth. 
負責發展，執行及管理一個迅速發展球員及觀眾的運動。
World Rugby also owns some of the sport's biggest-and best-loved major events including Rugby World Cup, Women's Rugby World Cup and the men's and women's HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series. 
WR也擁有全世界運動項目其中最大規模的賽事，如橄欖球世界盃，女子橄欖球世界盃以及男子跟女子HSBC香港七人制聯賽。
 
The key purpose of this role is to identify and upskill future high performance (HP) referees from the regions.
這個工作主要目的是從各區域篩選及升級未來高階競賽級（high performance- HP）裁判。
 

Principal Accountabilities 主要責任
Identification of future HP referees from all regions in both 15s and 7s especially future HP womens' referees.
從各地區篩選15’s及7’s競賽級裁判，特別是HP女子裁判。
Mentoring and nurturing of this identified referee talent.
輔導及培育篩選上的裁判人才。
Attending all women's Sevens World Series events, with the long-term view to being the women's sevens referee manager.
參與所有女子七人制世界聯賽賽事，並有擔任女子七人制裁判經理為長期目標。
Appointment as an advisor to the selectors of both the  7s and 15s HP women's referee squads.
擔任7‘s及15’s HP女子裁判選委會的顧問。
Attendance at future Women's Rugby World Cup with a long-term goal to be the Women's Referee Manager.
參與所有女子橄欖球世界盃，長期目標擔任女子裁判經理。
Conducting educator courses in the regions.
各區域執行教育課程。
Upskilling of educators globally in refereeing trends
為全球教育者升級裁判執行趨勢。

 
Key Skills & Experience 主要技能及經驗
Previous high performance referee experience preferable
具有HP裁判經驗可佳。
Ability to conduct referee education courses.
具有能力執行裁判教育課程。
Knowledge and familiaratity of both the Fifteens and Sevens games.
具有15‘s及7‘s比賽的知識及熟悉度。
Ability to work unsupervised.
有能力自主工作。
Fluency in English
英文能力流暢。
Second foreign language e.g. French or Spanish advantageous.
具有第二語言，如法語或西班牙語可佳。
